【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversminimumrequirementsforcellulosefibersintendedforuseinfiber-reinforcedconcrete,andothercementitiousproducts.1.2Thisspecificationprovidesformeasurementofproperties,definitionoftypes,typicalproperties,andprescribestestingprocedurestoestablishconformancetotheserequirements.1.3Inthecaseofconflictbetweenamorestringentrequirementofaproductspecificationandarequirementofthisspecification,theproductspecificationshallprevail.Inthecaseofaconflictbetweenarequirementoftheproductspecificationorarequirementofthisspecificationandamorestringentrequirementofthepurchaseorder,thepurchaseordershallprevail.Thepurchaseorderrequirementsshallnottakeprecedenceifthey,inanyway,violatetherequirementsoftheproductspecificationorthisspecification;forexample,bythewaivingofatestrequirementorbymakingatestrequirementlessstringent.1.4ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
