【摘要】:Thethermalconductivityofrefractorybrickisapropertyrequiredforselectingtheirthermaltransmissioncharacteristics.Usersselectrefractorybricktoprovidespecifiedconditionsofheatlossandcoldfacetemperature,withoutexceedingthetemperaturelimitationofthebrick.Thistestmethodestablishesplacementofthermocouplesandpositioningoftestspecimensinthecalorimeter.ThisproceduremustbeusedwithTestMethodC201andrequiresalargethermalgradientandsteadystateconditions.Theresultsarebaseduponameantemperature.Thedatafromthistestmethodaresuitableforspecificationacceptance,estimatingheatlossandsurfacetemperature,anddesignofmulti-layerrefractoryconstruction.Theuseofthesedatarequiresconsiderationoftheactualapplicationenvironmentandconditions.1.1ThistestmethodsupplementsTestMethodC201andshallbeusedinconjunctionwiththattestmethodtodeterminethethermalconductivityofrefractorybrickwiththeexceptionofinsulatingfirebrick(useTestMethodC182),andcarbonrefractories.Thistestmethodisdesignedforrefractorieshavingaconductivityfactorofnotmorethan200Btuin./hft2176;F(28.8W/mK).1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
