【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60204appliestotheapplicationofelectricalandelectronicequipmentandsystemstomachinesnotportablebyhandwhileworking,includingagroupofmachinesworkingtogetherinaco-ordinatedmannerbutexcludinghigherlevelsystemsaspects(i.e.communicationsbetweensystems).NOTE1Inthisstandard,thetermelectricalincludesbothelectricalandelectronicmatters(i.e.electricalequipmentmeansboththeelectricalandtheelectronicequipment).NOTE2Inthecontextofthisstandard,thetermpersonreferstoanyindividualandincludesthosepersonswhoareassignedandinstructedbytheuserorhisagent(s)intheuseandcareofthemachineinquestion.Theequipmentcoveredbythisstandardcommencesatthepointofconnectionofthesupplytotheelectricalequipmentofthemachine(see5.1).NOTE3Fortherequirementsfortheelectricalsupplyinstallationinbuildings,seeIEC60364.Thispartisapplicabletotheelectricalequipmentorpartsoftheelectricalequipmentthatoperatewithnominalsupplyvoltagesnotexceeding1000Vforalternatingcurrentandnotexceeding1500Vfordirectcurrent,andwithnominalfrequenciesnotexceeding200Hz.Forhighervoltagesorfrequencies,specialrequirementsmaybeneeded.Thispartisanapplicationstandardandisnotintendedtolimitorinhibittechnologicaladvancement.Itdoesnotcoveralltherequirements(e.g.guarding,interlocking,orcontrol)thatareneededorrequiredbyotherstandardsorregulationsinordertosafeguardpersonsfromhazardsotherthanelectricalhazards.Eachtypeofmachinehasuniquerequirementstobeaccommodatedtoprovideadequatesafety.Thispartspecificallyincludes,butisnotlimitedto,theelectricalequipmentofmachinesasdefinedin3.33(annexAlistsexamplesofmachineswhoseelectricalequipmentmaybecoveredbythisstandard).Additionalandspecialrequirementscanapplytotheelectricalequipmentofmachinesthat:-areusedinopenair(i.e.outsidebuildingsorotherprotectivestructures);-use,process,orproducepotentiallyexplosivematerial(e.g.paintorsawdust);-areusedinpotentiallyexplosiveand/orflammableatmospheres;-havespecialriskswhenproducingorusingcertainmaterials;-areusedinmines;-aresewingmachines,units,andsystems(whicharecoveredbyIEC60204-31);-arehoistingmachines(whicharecoveredby60204-32).PowercircuitswhereelectricalenergyisdirectlyusedasaworkingtoolareexcludedfromthispartofIEC60204.
