【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60684givestherequirementsforsixtypesofgeneralpurpose,heatshrinkabledualwallpolyolefinsleevings,flameretardedwithnominalshrinkratiosof2:1,3:1or4:1andavailableinlowandhightemperatureadhesiveinnerwalls.Thelowtemperatureadhesivesleevinghasbeenfoundsuitablefortemperaturesupto105°Candthehightemperatureadhesivesleevinghasbeenfoundsuitablefortemperaturesupto125°C.-TypeAL:2:1shrinkratio,internaldiameterupto51mm,lowtemperatureadhesiveinnerwall.-TypeAH:2:1shrinkratio,internaldiameterupto51mm,hightemperatureadhesiveinnerwall.-TypeBL:3:1shrinkratio,internaldiameterupto40mm,lowtemperatureadhesiveinnerwall.-TypeBH:3:1shrinkratio,internaldiameterupto40mm,hightemperatureadhesiveinnerwall.-TypeCL:4:1shrinkratio,internaldiameterupto52mm,lowtemperatureadhesiveinnerwall.-TypeCH:4:1shrinkratio,internaldiameterupto52mm,hightemperatureadhesiveinnerwall.Thesleevingconsistsofanouterlayerbeingofaflexiblecross-linkedpolyolefin.Theinnerwallconsistsofahotmeltadhesivethatflowsandfusesduringtheshrinkingprocesstoprovideabond.Thesesleevingsarenormallysuppliedincolourblack.Sizesorcoloursotherthanthoselistedinthisstandardmaybeavailableascustomitems.TheseitemsareconsideredtocomplywiththisstandardiftheycomplywiththepropertyrequirementslistedinTables,5and6andTable8whereapplicable,withtheexceptionofdimensions.Materialswhichconformtothisspecificationmeetestablishedlevelsofperformance.However,theselectionofamaterialbyauserforaspecificapplicationshouldbebasedontheactualrequirementsnecessaryforadequateperformanceinthatapplicationandnotbasedonthisspecificationalone.
